1.1. Please read these terms and conditions (collectively referred to as "these terms and conditions") carefully before using this webpage (collectively referred to as "the e-store"). By using the e-store or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and accept and agree to be bound by them.

1.2. We will make every effort to ensure that the prices, information, and sizes of the goods listed on the e-store are up to date. We reserve the right to change the prices of the goods without prior notice. We may, at our sole discretion, decide whether to accept part or all of the orders based on stock availability.

1.3. We will make every effort to ensure that the goods listed on the e-store are in stock.

1.4. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant goods. If we are unable to provide any ordered products or services, we will contact you to refuse that order.

 

Payment Methods

3.1. The e-store accepts payment by the credit cards and bank transfer methods specified by us, and the value of all goods is calculated in Hong Kong dollars. The prices of goods in the e-store may differ from those in our physical stores, and the price shown on the e-store on the day of ordering shall prevail.

3.2. All goods ordered online are subject to our sole discretion and acceptance based on stock availability. You will receive the final shopping receipt for record upon receiving the goods (either at delivery or pick-up at the physical store).

4.1. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable to the purchaser or any third party for any failure to accurately provide the products or services you require due to force majeure reasons (including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flooding, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or any circumstances beyond our control).

4.2. We reserve the right to modify, change, or supplement any terms under these terms and conditions at any time.

4.3. In case of any disputes, we reserve the final decision. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions is for reference only, and in the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English texts, the English version shall prevail.
