Return Policy
Cancel Order
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns.
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of product delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition it was received.
The product must also be in its original packaging.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct address.
Notes
Custom orders or personalized items do not have a 14-day refund right.
If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Specific costs will depend on the courier service you choose.
If the received item is damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer will not be responsible for the shipping costs.
No restocking fee will be charged to the consumer for returned items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the status of your return.
We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically returned to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as it may take some processing time for the refund to be posted.
