intellectual property

1. The intellectual property rights related to multichannel connect/flow automation and its associated creative content, websites, designs, processes, codes, technologies, software, copyrights, trademarks, domain names, patents, trade secrets, products, and materials are owned by the platform and its affiliates or licensors. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the agreement does not grant users any intellectual property rights.
2. Regarding user content, all creative content provided by users and their related personnel under the agreement is owned exclusively by the users. However, users must grant the platform a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, host, operate, copy, process, adapt, translate, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, and display user content and related intellectual property rights for the purpose of providing services.
3. If the platform provides audio, video, text, or other content to users or end users, users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and geographically limited license to use such content only while using the services, and may not use, copy, delete, publish, distribute, perform, or display this content in other contexts or services.
4. Users represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights and permissions to authorize the platform to access, process, and exchange end user content, and to retain and store end user information as necessary and appropriate, with the platform complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Unless otherwise specified, the agreement does not constitute any other licenses to users.
